While the experience is lighthearted and enjoyable, the well-being of the puppies always comes first. Because the puppies are still learning and growing, the occasional accident may happen. Our team is on hand throughout each class to promptly clean and maintain a fresh, hygienic, and comfortable space for all guests.

  • We keep our class sizes small to create a relaxed, personal experience. Each session is maxed at 20 guests so everyone has room to comfortably enjoy time with the puppies, with most classes typically hosting around 10–15 participants.

  • Because our events are limited-time events, all purchases are non-refundable. For added flexibility, you can choose ticket protection at checkout, which gives you the option to move your reservation to a future date. If needed, changes can be made by contacting us via email.
